CODE OF ETHICS.

This code is applicable to all COCOLILY & CO. vendors, members, partners and event attendees.

As a partner/vendor/member/event attendee of COCOLILY & CO.,

I promise and agree to:

1. Uphold and abide by the Code of Ethics, the regulations, and other professional requirements adopted by COCOLILY & CO.

2. To not carry on any activity or conduct which could reasonably be considered as conduct unbecoming of a partner/member/guest of COCOLILY & CO.

3. Abide by all Local, Provincial and Federal laws governing the industry in which I operate and/or work for.

4. Operate my business in an honest and ethical manner.

5. Not spam or push my business or third-party companies on any member/partner/vendor/guest of COCOLILY & CO.

6. Behave in a professional manner at all COCOLILY & Co. events.

7. Treat other vendors/members/partners/guests with respect and kindness.

8. Uphold the belief of community/collaboration over competition.

9. Uphold, abide and follow the terms and conditions found here.

10. Support fellow COCOLILY & CO. vendors/guests members/partners as best as I can.

11. Uphold the understanding that a breach of this promise can result in the termination of my partnership with COCOLILY & CO. and/or future event access.

If you do not agree with the Code of Ethics, we kindly ask that you do not attend the events nor partner with COCOLILY & CO.  It is very important to us to build a community that is authentic and kind to one another while supporting each other and thriving together.
