Five Part Series : Part One
Each day should be celebrated and small lifestyle changes can make a difference in your life. Start by practicing gratitude - be grateful for what and who surrounds you and try to see the positives in situations.
Here is part one of our Lifestyle Changes Series that will hopefully inspire you xxo
1. Drink more water.
We love infusing fruit into our water in addition to herbs. It looks pretty and tastes so yummy!
2. Don’t skip breakfast.
You will be less likely to binge or have low energy levels mid-morning. You can prep the night before (overnight oats or smoothie) or simply pop some toast in and make a cream cheese sandwich to-go.
3. Eat a Healthy Snack.
Our favourite snack for either morning or afternoon includes berries and almonds.
4. Take Omega-3.
Omega 3 fatty acids have been proven to improve mood and alleviate depression.
5. Drink herbal tea.
In the evening after dinner, make yourself a cup of herbal tea such as peppermint or chamomile. Give yourself some tea time and just enjoy the moment.
