We are unique in the sense that we also provide a marketing portal with affordable bespoke packages via The COCOLILY Society, business to business collaborations plus business to consumer authentic connections. The purpose is to connect, celebrate, collaborate and inspire together - all while having a team (such as COCOLILY) supporting you in growing your business.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTED OR COMPLIMENTARY PACKAGES?
At this time we do not provide discounts on the package levels nor do we provide complimentary services on any of the packages.
CAN YOU MIX AND MATCH THE LEVELS?
We put together three levels to ensure we accommodate small business owners and entrepreneurs ensuring we provide a bespoke experience. You can add-on services and also inquire about A La Carte.
DO YOU HAVE ANY POLICIES OR CODE OF ETHICS FOR COMMUNITY MEMBERS?
Yes we do. We genuinely care about our members and we ask that members care about the COCOLILY members as well. Should you wish to join the COCOLILY community, you must agree to the Code of Ethics and follow our terms and conditions. We want to ensure that everyone is on the same understanding that we strongly believe in respecting one another and building a supportive community.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
We do not provide refunds as this is a service-based business.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY POLICY.
When you apply for a package, full payment is required. An invoice will be sent to you, on/around the 15th of the month you joined, for your yearly membership. Once the payment is complete, you will receive an updated invoice via FreshBooks and you can follow the Welcome Package that we email to you for all submissions/guidelines.
HOW DO I BECOME A COCOLILY SOCIETY MEMBER?
Members are accepted by review upon receipt of the application. Please apply here and if your application is approved, we will notify you with further details. We thank all applicants for their interest in COCOLILY & CO.
I APPLIED - WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?
Once you fill in the Society Application Form, we will review the application and contact you via email with a Welcome Package and all details pertaining to your chosen SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP LEVEL.
