6 Habits to cultivate in 2021 to build a business and a life you love without overwhelm.

Research says that only 8% of everyone who creates a goal, or sets a new year’s resolution, will ever achieve it. So, what gets in the way of achieving goals for so many people? The biggest reason I hear is TIME. We live in this incredible world where you can literally have your food delivered right to your doorstep in 30 minutes, and Amazon Prime can deliver any gadget to you within two hours. We have washing machines, dishwashers and vacuum cleaners that our ancestors never had, and yet with all these time-saving devices, we are all busier than ever. Research says that more than 50% of people say they are exhausted and overwhelmed. It feels like we're hamsters on a wheel, and we’re trying to do more, and to get it done faster.

I want to share with you 6 habits to cultivate in 2021 that will help you build a business and a life you love without the overwhelm. You have worthy goals, and I want to help you move from OVERWHELMED to ACHIEVING! What I’ll share is what I wish someone had told me years ago. These are habits, insights and inspiration that I hope will help you to create a life and business that is worthy of your greatest potential.
