  3. Order in from your favourite place. No cooking night and treat yourself to something yummy.

  4. Do something that brings you joy. If nothing comes to mind, remind yourself what you used to love doing when you were little.

  5. No alarm and sleep in. Take it a step further and stay in your PJ’s all day, watching classic Christmas cartoons.

  6. Buy yourself a gift or two. It can be a pair of socks or fresh flowers.

  7. New winter skincare routine. Indulge and make this an evening ritual because you deserve it.

  8. Brunch with a friend. Or coffee at your local cafe to catch up.

  9. Bake Christmas sugar cookies. Don’t forget the milk!

  10. Cozy up with a new book. Don’t forget the tea, reading socks and blanket.

  11. Get a massage. While you’re at it, make it a pamper day along with a mani and pedi!

  12. Christmas bubble bath. Add some candles, put on your favourite holiday movie, add some bath salts or bath bomb that is scented with Christmas warmth.
