Participation
Features are offered through seasonal packages. Each package reflects a level of placement, editorial inclusion, and platform visibility. Details, timing, and inclusions are shared after application review.
Editions are seasonal. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until each edition reaches capacity. Once full, submissions are held for the next edition.
Editorial Approach
The Curated Collective (which is the COCOLILY Market & COCOLILY Magazine) is editorial in nature. Brand features are written and presented to read as magazine content rather than promotional copy. Imagery and layout are used to guide the visitor’s experience and highlight the brand’s work.
The COCOLILY Market is an editorial platform focused on discovery, not performance-based marketing.
Past editions may be referenced subtly, but each season is distinct.
The Coffee Table Edition
Each seasonal Curated Collective is accompanied by a collectible coffee table edition of COCOLILY Magazine, printed in Canada on velvety matte pages. This is not a thin, glossy, disposable magazine; it is designed as a keepsake, as art, meant to be enjoyed and revisited over time.
The print edition features the full roster of Collective brands and makers, alongside editorial stories on founders, lifestyle, travel, and entrepreneurship. Every page is carefully composed to reflect the visual language and craftsmanship of the Collective.
Copies are available for pre-order through our shop, allowing readers to secure their collectible edition before the season launches.
The Petite Gazette
The Petite Gazette is a 6 by 9 inch printed publication, styled like a Miniature Gazette, mailed to a curated circle of retail shops, cafés, and boutique hotels. It gives brands a direct path to influential audiences, providing exposure to buyers, collaborators, and tastemakers in an offline format that complements their presence in the Seasonal Edition of the Curated Collective.

How Many Brands Are Featured in Each Category
The Curated Collective does not impose strict limits by category, but participation is always selective. Each application is carefully reviewed, and only brands that align with the editorial vision and aesthetic are featured. Space is curated to ensure every brand has room to be seen and appreciated.
Who Can Be Featured
The Curated Collective features female-led brands, retail shops, boutique hotels, and makers based in Canada and the US, as well as US-based online businesses and artisans able to ship to Canada.
Is a Website Required
A website is not required. Many brands link directly to Instagram and manage inquiries or orders through DMs.
Does the Market Handle Sales or Shipping
No. COCOILY & CO. does not process orders or take commissions. All transactions are handled directly by the brand. Our role is to present each brand through editorial features and digital listings, linking directly to your website or shop.
Will Visitors Be Directed to My Website
Yes. Each featured brand includes a direct link on the market page, within the digital magazine, and through curated social highlights, ensuring visitors can easily explore your work.

What Is Required During the Seasonal Digital Experience
Nothing. Your feature is presented without any live participation or scheduling obligations. Promotion and marketing are managed throughout the season, giving brands visibility while maintaining full control of their operations.

If accepted, guidelines and deadlines are provided via email to ensure your feature is presented at its best.

All promotion is handled by COCOILY & CO. Each brand is featured across curated social channels and amplified through the seasonal magazine. Each edition remains live and accessible for the season, giving sustained exposure for every brand.

Your feature is also shared through our Instagram community of over 5,000 followers and supported through seasonal paid promotion across Instagram and Facebook.
COCOLILY Magazine (Digital Edition)
Distributed and viewed online, with an average seasonal readership of approximately 2,000 to 6,000 views per issue across editorial and brand features.
COCOLILY Magazine (Print Coffee Table Edition)
A limited print run available by pre order only, with approximately 100 copies produced per edition. Each copy is purchased directly through cocolilyandco.com and serves as a collectible magazine for readers, founders, and supporters.
Petite Gazette
A 6 x 9 printed publication featuring an index of participating Market brands. Approximately 350 copies are mailed to a curated circle of shops, cafés, and boutique hotels for additional offline visibility through select retail and hospitality spaces.
