Despite the glitz, the struggle was real. Overcoming the hurdles of starting a business taught me to embrace flexibility and resilience. Marketing-wise, our approach has been to focus on our core customer and always think of her when we develop products and communicate across all our channels. In the early stages of a business, trying to be everything to everyone is an expensive and often impossible mission, so staying true to your customers and your brand values is key. That said, it doesn't mean you should be too rigid on the execution. Always be open to adapting and evolving your plan if it's not working.
