Take time to focus on you, relax, rest, go to church, meditate, and prepare for the week ahead. Below are a few ideas to get you started. We call this series “Sunday Self Care” because Sunday is meant to be a day of rest but of course, you can use this checklist and ideas for any day of the week. You should be taking time for yourself every day, even if it’s just for 10 minutes or a short journal entry.


  • Treat yourself to freshly cut flowers.

  • Take up a new hobby.

  • Start reading a new book.

  • Declutter your wardrobe.

  • Treat yourself to a lilac colored pedicure.

  • Create a new vision board.

  • Make a list of all things that make you happy.

  • Treat yourself to a Sunday self care box or gift someone who deserves it.

  • Design a happy music playlist and go for a walk.

  • Meet a friend for coffee.

  • Be grateful for this moment for this moment is your life.
