Long before there was a brand, I was searching for a sense of calm.
Creativity became my refuge. Working with eco resin, gold leaf, soft neutrals, and organic forms gave me a way to create something beautiful while finding balance in the process itself. Making became more than a creative practice. It became a way of reconnecting with myself.
Years later, receiving my autism diagnosis helped me better understand the way I experience life. My sensitivity, focus, and appreciation for visual harmony were not obstacles. They became some of my greatest strengths and continue to guide my work today.
As I developed my style, I found myself drawn to understated elegance, timeless design, and the beauty of simple details. What began as pieces created for my own home gradually evolved into Lise Fiola Creations, a collection of handcrafted objects inspired by warmth, beauty, and everyday living.
I love creating pieces that feel special without feeling complicated. A touch of gold, a soft neutral palette, or a form that feels beautiful in your hand can completely change the feeling of a room. Those details matter to me.
Alongside my creative work, I share personal reflections through my blog, AwkwardMoments.ca, where I write about growth, self discovery, and my experience as an autistic woman. Writing and creating have both become ways of sharing my perspective and connecting with others.
At its heart, Lise Fiola Creations is a celebration of sensitivity, beauty, and self acceptance. My hope is that each piece brings a sense of comfort and elegance into everyday life.
