November Coffee Moments.
“November always seemed to me the Norway of the year.”
November arrives and the air turns crisp, the days shorten, and suddenly the routines that shape our mornings and evenings begin to change slightly. For many women running businesses, coffee becomes part of that daily routine — the cup that fuels early starts, supports focused work, and keeps you company during late-night bursts of creativity.
To celebrate this in-between season, we’ve put together three coffee recipes made for November. They’re warm, simple, and yummy.
Maple Cinnamon Brew
A cozy, woodsy flavor that feels perfectly aligned with November. Not too sweet — just enough warmth to ease you into the day.
You’ll need:
1 cup brewed coffee
1–2 tsp pure maple syrup
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Milk or oat milk splash (optional)
How to make it:
Stir maple syrup and cinnamon into hot coffee.
Add a splash of milk if you like it creamier.
Enjoy each sip.
Perfect for planning sessions, inbox resets, or easing into the morning.
Toasted Hazelnut Latte
Rich, smooth, and slightly nostalgic. This drink feels like the coffee equivalent of a knitted sweater.
You’ll need:
1–2 shots espresso or ½ cup strong coffee
¾ cup milk or oat milk
1 tbsp hazelnut syrup
Crushed toasted hazelnuts for topping (optional)
How to make it:
Warm and froth your milk.
Add hazelnut syrup to your espresso.
Pour milk over coffee and stir.
Add a few crushed hazelnuts if you want texture.
A comfort drink for creative work — editing, writing, designing, dreaming.
Vanilla Brown Sugar Cortado
Simple, smooth, and not too sweet — a perfect November workday drink.
You’ll need:
1 shot espresso
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
2–3 oz warm milk or oat milk
How to make it:
Stir brown sugar and vanilla into espresso.
Add warm milk (lightly frothed).
Sip slowly — small but satisfying.
