Because we believe in creating spaces that feel personal, thoughtful, and deeply connected — even online. Our virtual mär·kəts are curated experiences that support small, independent brands while giving shoppers a chance to discover meaningful, beautiful things from the comfort of home.

It’s about shopping with intention, and celebrating the stories behind the brands — all while making it easier to support local and women-led businesses in a way that feels cozy, inspiring, and authentic.

HOW DOES THE MARKET WORK?
Our virtual mär·kət is a seasonal, curated experience designed to help you discover and support small, independent brands — all from the comfort of your home.

When a new market opens, you can browse beautifully organized vendor listings, explore themed gift guides in our seasonal magazine, and enjoy thoughtful extras like seasonal playlists, recipes, and love lists.

Every vendor is linked directly to their own shop, so you can connect, explore, and shop at your own pace.

It’s not just a marketplace or a directory — it’s a moment to discover new brands, shop intentionally, and celebrate the creativity of local makers and women-led businesses.

Dedicated MARKET Page.
We also showcase our MARKET partners via a dedicated market page; allowing for a month-long showcase and increased exposure - we don’t disappear with the market after one weekend because out of sight; out of mind. We continue to market via social media graphics and of course, COCOLILY Magazine.

Social Media.
The market is featured on Facebook and Instagram plus promoted posts. No set time schedule of posts are provided but it does include a tag/mention. We go beyond just Instagram Stories — because we know content that disappears quickly can be easily missed. To give your brand lasting visibility, we also create a dedicated feature on our website with a direct link to your business. This page stays live for the full month of the campaign, ensuring your brand remains discoverable and top of mind.

DO YOU CAP VENDORS IN EACH CATEGORY?
We don't cap any category but also can't allow for overly saturating which is why we go through each application and hand-select all partners. Space is limited per market.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Local Vendors/Businesses in Canada PLUS Online Businesses, Artisans and Brands who are able to ship to Canada. Each MARKET is themed so please check vendor categories prior to submitting your application.

DO YOU NEED A WEBSITE?
No, you don’t need a website. A lot of our market partners choose to link to their Instagram account and take orders via DM.

DO YOU TAKE A PERCENTAGE OR SHIP ITEMS?
No, we don’t take any commission or process orders. All sales go directly through you. Our role is to create beautifully designed marketing materials and a digital magazine with live links that send shoppers straight to your website or shop. You keep 100% of your sales and manage your own orders as usual.

DO YOU LINK TO OUR SITE?
Absolutely! The audience will have a link to your website when they visit the dedicated market page on cocolilyandco.com - your link will be on the market page PLUS a live link in the digital Magazine + direct tag/link on your social media accounts. We want to ensure they visit you and your site - that's our job!

WHERE IS OUR BUSINESS SHOWCASED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Once the page is live (live date varies based on each market), your business will appear on that page. We will email you the link once it’s up. We don’t provide a ‘proof’ before it goes live but we definitely can make a change if needed.

WHAT IS THE MAGAZINE?

An additional marketing feature.
On the MARKET launch date, a SEASONAL digital MAGAZINE aka LOOKBOOK will be published with all partners and your links, which will remain on the website for at least one year. Your business will be featured in the magazine which is why you are asked to submit high-quality, artistic images.  Images are the door to getting someone to click/visit your site.
An email will be sent to you once it's published. 
COCOLILY Magazine is delivered into our subscribers inbox in addition to promoted posts on Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram.

WHY DO YOU ASK FOR HIGH-QUALITY, ARTISTIC IMAGES?
We maintain a high standard for the aesthetic of our brand, magazine and gift guide to ensure a visually cohesive and elevated experience for our readers. High-quality, well-styled images not only align with our creative direction, but also help your brand stand out and make a lasting impression within a beautifully curated space.

DO WE HAVE TO DO ANYTHING THE MONTH OF THE MARKET?
Not at all! There are no live Zoom calls, no table setups, and no need to be online at specific times. Our audience loves discovering new brands and makers in a relaxed, on-their-own-time way — often in their PJs! Meanwhile, your feature lives in a highly curated, boutique-style space on our website plus digital magazine, with all marketing and promotion handled by us throughout the 30-day campaign.

This offers our partners a low-cost but high-quality marketing option to an affluent audience eagerly awaiting new curated finds.

WHEN DO YOU NEED YOUR PHOTOS?
If your application is accepted, we will email you the details for photos and guidelines.

THE MARKET GOES LIVE AND THEN WHAT?
Once the Market launches, we take care of all the marketing for you. Throughout the campaign, we feature each vendor across our social media with shared Instagram stories, highlights, and curated content.

But it doesn’t stop there — after the initial feature days, we continue to promote vendors throughout the 30-day campaign. Then comes the launch of our digital Magazine, which also receives its own dedicated posts, stories, and spotlights.

Unlike flash events that come and go, our market stays active — because visibility matters, and we’re here to support your brand with ongoing exposure in our boutique-style marketing portal.

HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR PARTNERS?
We personally invite and hand-select vendors who we feel align with the COCOLILY & CO. brand, aesthetic, and our audience. When you browse through our website and social media feeds, you will see that we carefully curate each business based on their quality of work, imagery, customer reviews and uniqueness. This will give you an idea of the quality of vendors and brands we work with. Professional images are a must in addition to providing a fabulous product/service to the audience.
