January has arrived and for many women in business, coffee becomes part of the winter shift. It’s the cup beside you as you map out ideas, make petite plans, or simply find your footing in a new chapter. This month, we’re sharing three coffees designed to bring joy, warmth, and a sense of ease to your winter mornings.

Honey Almond Latte

Lightly sweet, grounding, and simple — a balanced beginning to the year.

You’ll need:

  • 1–2 shots espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee

  • ¾ cup milk or oat milk

  • 1–2 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp almond syrup

  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

How to make it:

  1. Stir honey and almond syrup into hot espresso.

  2. Froth milk and pour over.

  3. Add a hint of cinnamon if you’d like warmth.

Ideal for planning sessions, goal-setting, or easing back into routine.

Citrus Cardamom Americano

Bright, aromatic, and energizing — the perfect drink for mental clarity.

You’ll need:

  • 1 shot espresso

  • Hot water

  • 1 small strip of orange or lemon peel

  • Pinch of cardamom

How to make it:

  1. Brew espresso and pour into your mug.

  2. Add hot water to your liking.

  3. Drop in the citrus peel and a pinch of cardamom.

  4. Let it steep briefly before sipping.

Refreshing and clarifying — a cozy start in a cup.

Maple Mocha Latte

Comforting but not heavy — a winter indulgence for creative days.

You’ll need:

  • 1–2 shots espresso

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1–2 tsp pure maple syrup

  • ¾ cup milk or oat milk

  • Dash of vanilla

How to make it:

  1. Mix cocoa and maple syrup with a splash of hot espresso to dissolve.

  2. Add remaining espresso and vanilla.

  3. Pour frothed milk over the top.

Perfect for brainstorming, writing, or any moment when you need a bit of warmth.

Unsubscribe from something that drains your attention.
