5.5" x 4.25" / double-sided / full-color / 16pt. stock / silk matte coating
Design Turnaround: 4-5 business days
Printing Turnaround: 8-14 business days but may vary depending on production

THE PROCESS.

1. After payment, please email the following to thehouseofcocolily (at) gmail (dot) com
- your logo in high resolution PNG/JPG format
- personalized greeting/note
- the contact details you would like included ie. website, social media, email
2. Commencement of designs once client provides logo + content.
3. Designs provided to client for review and approval to print.
4. Design(s) goes to print.
5. Item(s) is shipped to client.

❖ As this is a service and the product is custom, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
❖ Any additional support is charged separately.
❖ Once the final design is approved and completed, additional charges will apply should you require further revisions/updates.
❖ Please ensure your logo is sent to us at 300dpi in JPEG or PNG format.
❖ We will not be held responsible for a poor quality logo print due to the quality of the logo you send us.
❖This is a physical product which will be shipped to you.
